Reserve the MBasement/Abscint/Educafé

Hello, great that you are working on your event and want to book a location. This form is intended to reserve the MBasement, the Abscint, or the Educafé. The MBasement is the main drinking room of Stress, this one we can reserve without having to always ask approval from other associations, so if you want to book a different location, ask your committee responsible for more information. The Abscint and Educafé are harder to reserve so we advice you to only request either options when the MBasement alone would not suffice for your event. If you have submitted your request at least 8 weeks in advance, we can book the MBasement. If you did it 4-8 weeks in advance, other associations already had the chance to book it. Within 4 weeks in advance it is definitely no longer possible anymore to book the MBasement for your event. If you want to request the MobiTap then do also request a fridge if you want to serve soda.

The event date and time is meant to give us an impression from when untill when the visitors will be at the event, this is necessary to make arrangements with bartenders and ERO responsibles.
If you want to be present before the event to set up decorations, we will need to reserve the room a bit earlier for you. You can leave this field blank if you do not need more time.
This information is needed so that we can reserve the correct location for you, if you want to sit outside but also want a back-up inside, please mention both
