From 7th November until the 2nd of December the well-being weeks will take place. During these weeks, you can gain insight into all aspects of your well-being through lectures, morning meditations and more. You can also gather small practical tips in the different workshops such as Stress Management or Running Therapy. Have a look at the well-being website for the full program.
The Student-Union also organizes for Stress members a "Look after your friend Training" during these weeks. There you will learn and get tips and tricks on how to deal with situations such as yourself or a friend of yours having problems regarding their wellbeing, such as stress, depression or anxiety.
